Process
Step 1: Client sends sample images with details
of the fields to be captured and information to be
keyed in.
Step 2: Based on the sample received from
client, TSL's system team develops program for data
entry purpose. This process usually takes about 2 to
10 days depending on the type of job.
Step
3: Client uploads the scanned images on their
server or on TSL's server in Fremont, CA.
Step
4: Data Entry and QC. We always double key our
jobs to ensure 99.95% accuracy. Two operators key in
the same information and the data then goes through
programmatic QC software. A Senior QC operator
rectifies any errors found.
Step 5: Output is generated in
client-required format and uploaded on FTP server.
